LOS ANGELES – Loyola Marymount men's basketball will be on national television to open December as the Lions travel the 11 miles to Westwood to take on UCLA at Pauley Pavilion on Dec. 2. The Pac-12 Networks will carry the game and have announced the start time as 7 p.m.

This will be the first meeting between the two schools since the memorable 11-11-11 game that kicked off LMU's centennial season. The Lions knocked off the 17^th-ranked Bruins 69-58 on the opening night of the 2011-12 season. Ashley Hamilton scored 23 points and Anthony Ireland added 21 as the Lions used a 10-for-15 (66.7 percent) performance from three to upset the Bruins.
 
This will make a minimum of four LMU games to be picked up nationally, with the games at the Jamaica Classic against Georgetown and Ohio being broadcasted by CBS Sports Network, and the West Coast Conference match against Gonzaga from Gersten Pavilion being aired by either ESPN2 or ESPNU.
