Beginning the final road swing of the year on Thursday night, LMU volleyball (17-7, 7-6 WCC) suffered a 25-22, 25-14, 25-16 sweep at the hands of Pacific (9-14, 4-8 WCC) from the Alex G. Spanos Center in Stockton, Calif.

BOX SCORE NOTES
Kaitlyn Lines led all players with 13 kills for Pacific … Sara Kovac was the only Lion player to finish with double-digit kills – posting 10 … the Lions hit just .076 in the loss … Alexis Morrow proved to be one bright spot for the Lions, hitting .700 with seven kills, a block solo and a block assist … Pacific served up nine aces to just two from LMU … Pacific also managed eight blocks, including two solos and a block assist from Alex Holt … the Lions were held under .100 hitting in the second and third sets.

LION NOTES
The Lions lost the serving battle for just the second time this year (10/18 at #1 BYU) … LMU has recorded at least two aces in all but one match this year … LMU has lost four of the last six matches overall, including four straight on the road … LMU scored the first point in all three matches, but never reclaimed the lead after surrendering it in each of the sets ... LMU split a pair of matches against Pacific this year ... also split two matches last year.
