Playing on the road at #33 San Diego, the LMU men's tennis team (9-9, 2-4 WCC) dropped a 7-0 decision to the Toreros (17-7, 5-0 WCC) on Saturday afternoon.
Luke Bohuslav and Lukas Moenter posted the only victory of the day for LMU, as the duo topped Alexandros Araouzos and Romain Kalaydijian on court three of doubles, 6-2.
Both Cristobal Rivera and Errol Smith forced tiebreaking sets in their singles matches, but neither could force a third set. Rivera competed at #2 singles, ultimately dropping the match to #63 Jordan Angus.
Sophomore Joat Farah also had a hard-fought loss on court four, as he dropped a match to Jaan Kononov, 6-3, 4-6, 11-9.
The Lions will return to action on April 22 when they return home to host San Francisco at 1 p.m.
