LOS ANGELES- The 12th-ranked LMU women's water polo team ended a five-game stretch in three days with a split on the final day of the 2015 ZUMO LMU Invitational on Saturday. The Lions put their record to 15-9 on the season with the split.
The Lions opened with a 10-6 win over Brown and then fell in the tournament finale, 12-10, to Michigan. Ivana Castro scored four goals in the Lions win over Brown while Laura Lopez had four against the Wolverines.

The Lions will continue a nine-game home stand when they host Azusa Pacific in Golden Coast Conference action on Thursday, Mar. 26 at 4 pm. They will then host Fresno Pacific on Friday, Mar. 27 at 4 pm in another GCC contest. The weekend will end with a battle against No. 3 USC on Saturday at 12 noon.
