LMU women's rowing will open its spring schedule on Saturday when it hosts UC Santa Barbara at 7 a.m. from the Jane Browne Bove Boathouse in Marina del Rey, Calif.

The Lions were tabbed fifth in the West Coast Conference Preseason Coaches Poll earlier this week, while Jessica Kegel and Toni Boteva took home Preseason All-Conference honors. LMU finished fifth last year at the WCC Championships.

LMU's men crew will also compete this weekend, hosting UCLA on Sunday at 7 a.m.
