LOS ANGELES -The 2014-15 college basketball season officially began last week and the LMU men's basketball team hit the Gersten Pavilion court for a full week of practice. LMU Sports Network was there with the first version of it's inside look on LMU basketball with its series Mike'D Up. LMUSN put a microphone on new Head Coach Mike Dunlap as the Lions continue its opening week of practice.
This is the first of several inside looks offered to fans, season ticket holders and others as the season gets underway. LMU heads into its Wells Fargo Week of Madness to celebrate the start of the basketball season with a colorful week of action, featuring early looks to this year's 2014-15 LMU squad.
The week starts with the Dunlap Chat. LMU Magazine will host its first-ever live online Q&A with Coach Dunlap today, Monday, Oct. 13 from 7 to 8 pm. To participate in the chat, CLICK HERE. Fans can also tweet questions using #DunlapChat. The first 10 participants whose questions are answered by Coach Dunlap will receive a pair of tickets to the season-opening LMU Classic, Nov. 14-15, in Gersten Pavilion.
Highlighting the Week of Madness will be Madness itself on Friday, Oct. 17 at 8:30 pm. The annual tip-off event geared for the students has become on of the top student events of the year.

Season ticket holders and active LMU OneCard holders (students, faculty and staff) will then have a special opportunity to a part of an LMU basketball practice and a chance to meet the team one-on-one. On Saturday, Oct. 25 the Lions will hold a special SneakPeak Practice at 5 pm. Season tickets will be available for pick-up on that day and only active season ticket or OneCard holders will be given access to the special practice.
Season Tickets are on sale now through LMULions.com/Tickets. Those in the local community can once again take advantage of a special 90045 offer, getting season tickets for as low as $90 for adults and $45 for youth/seniors. LMU OneCard holders get access to all games for free in the LMU student section. Special reserved season ticket pricing is available for faculty and staff.
The Lions will then play its only exhibition game of the season against UC San Diego on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 7 pm. The season will officially begin with the LMU Classic presented by the Office of International Students and Scholars on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 14-15. For the complete schedule, CLICK HERE.
