The 2010-11 LMU basketball season is set to begin and the home opener match-up with Morgan State is part of a quick two-game homestand to start the season. The Lions will turnaround and take on La Sierra on Sunday, Nov. 14 at 3 p.m. Fans have plenty of ways to be a part of the Lions this season, both home and away, and it is all part of LMU GameDay.

Back this year is the Pregame Tailgate Party in Hannon Field and will begin at 5 p.m. for the game against Morgan State and at 1 p.m. for the game against La Sierra.. The Loft will once again be open and will be serving until tip-off for both games this weekend and every home game throughout the year.

Fans can show their pride and spirit during games through Sprint's Crowd Cameo. Send photos from your phone to LMU@CrowdCameo.com and watch them go on throughout the game. All this is in addition to in game promotions, the LMU Spirit Shop with the latest from adidas, the LMU concession stand, live broadcasts on KXLU 88.8 FM and live video streaming on LMULions.com.

While KXLU has been bringing the game to fans for 50 years, fans can now be part of LMU basketball game day on the road this season with the LionsFund Traveling Pregame. Join the Lions throughout the 2010-11 season as the LionsFund hosts special pregame parties prior to LMU road games. The first two road games with these pregame receptions will be Nov. 27 at UC Santa Barbara and Dec. 1 at Long Beach St.

On the Road with the Lions - LBSU:
Two options are available to join us and cheer on the Lions:
Package A: $10 registration for pregame reception only. Includes appetizers and a drink coupon to join us at Cirivello's before the game. A portion of each registration will go to support the student-athletes of Loyola Marymount University.

Pacakge B (only 100 available): $15 registration package for pregame reception, including appetizers and drink coupon, and a ticket to the men's basketball game. Game tickets are bench seats located in section 105 behind the LMU bench and limited to the first 100 purchased by Thursday, November 18, before any remaining tickets have to be returned to Long Beach State. Because tickets are guaranteed at time of purchase, we regret that no refunds are available. Tickets will be available to pick up at the Long Beach State athletics ticket office will call on the day of the game.

On the Road with the Lions - UCSB:
Package A: $10 registration for pregame reception only. Includes appetizers and a drink coupon to join us at Woodstock's before the game. A portion of each registration will go to support the student-athletes of Loyola Marymount University.

Pacakge B (only 75 available): $15 registration package for pregame reception, including appetizers and drink coupon, and a ticket to the men's basketball game. Game tickets are general admission behind the basket and next to the LMU bench, and limited to the first 75 purchased by Thursday, November 18, before any remaining tickets have to be returned to UC Santa Barbara Athletics. Because tickets are guaranteed at time of purchase, we regret that no refunds are available. Tickets will be available to pick up at the UC Santa Barbara athletics ticket office will call on the day of the game.
