Orsini is a 2000 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, CA?a two sport athlete, earned three varsity letters in volleyball and two in soccer?captained her volleyball team as a senior?was a two-time all-city and all-league pick in volleyball?garnered Woodrow Wilson High School?s Scholar-Athlete of the Week award on two occasions and was named Press Telegram Athlete of the Week three times?was the starting goalie as a freshman and a sophomore earning both all-city and all-league honors...prep volleyball coaches were Gerry Gregory and Rob Machan.

Roxanne Nicole Orsini was born in Long Beach, CA on Nov. 2, 1982?the daughter of Rocco and Susanne Orsini?has an older sister, Alicia, who played four years of soccer at San Diego State?lists cooking, creative writing, snowboarding and surfing as her hobbies?enjoys going to the beach to play volleyball with her friends...played violin four years in the advanced orchestra?was also recruited by Cal, USC and UCLA?is a psychology major, with ambitions of being an occupational therapist.
