2018: Redshirt Junior 
Took a redshirt season to recover from injury.
 
2017: Junior
Played in 18 games, earning 15 starts... Logged 1402 minutes... Added an assist against Portland (Oct. 14)... Named to the Preseason All-WCC Team.
 
2016: Sophomore
All-WCC Second Team selection... one of 5 lions to start all 19 matches...logged 1659 total minutes of action which is third highest on the team...Had one assist on the season against Gonzaga (Sept. 30)...
 
2015: Freshman
WCC All-Freshman Team selection... appeared in all 22 matches and started the final 20 straight... marking back who logged 1,812 minutes of play, fourth most on the team and most for a freshman... relentless on defense, contributing to LMU's 12 shutouts... first collegiate point was an assist in LMU's 2-2 double-overtime draw at Utah (Sept. 20)... also assisted the game-winner in a 1-0 shutout of San Diego (Oct. 29)... took seven total shots, including four on frame... 

High School...
A dual-sport athlete at Presentation High School... lettered all four years in soccer and track... earned All-West Catholic League honors in 2012, 2013 and 2014... Central Coast Section second team honors in 2012 and first team honors in 2013 and 2014... two-time team MVP... WCAL co-Player of the Year in 2014... helped lead the Panthers to the CCS semifinals in 2012... served as a team captain her senior season...

Former member of the Chilipeppers club team that won the US Club State Championship in 2011 and 2012... also played for the DeAnza Force in 2013-14 and most recently a member of MVLA... MVLA Mercury Black won the 2014 Surf Cup...

Gabriella Marie Sanfilippo was born Aug. 2, 1996, in Campbell, Calif.... parents are Nancy and Roy Sanfilippo... father, Roy, played baseball at San Jose State from 1981-82... has one older brother, Joseph, who runs track at Cal Poly... has volunteered with Sacred Heart, Martha's Kitchen and "Swim to Remember" cancer fundraiser... participated in food, toy and money drives during her four years at Presentation High School... psychology major at LMU...
