Thrust into a starting role three games into the season, she accepted the challenge and turned out to be one of the most solid performers on the squad...finished the season rated second on the team in scoring averaging 9.8 points per game (265)...played in all 27 games, making 25 starts...shot 37.5 percent from the floor (84-224), and a team-leading 81.9 percent from the free-throw line (68-83)...led the squad with 29 three pointers (29-87) for a season percentage of .333...dished out 64 assists, just three shy of the team lead...snagged a team-leading 54 steals...blocked an amazing eight shots during the campaign, a mark that rated second only to 6-foot-6 senior Julie Jarosz...sunk a career-high 20 points at home vs. San Francisco (2/13/99)...grabbed a career-high eight rebounds three different times during the season...dished a career-high six assists at home vs. Austin Peay (11/28/98)...had five steals in a single game twice during the campaign.
