COLLEGE CAREER

2024 SEASON (University of Nebraska-Omaha)
Played in 17 matches, making 13 starts and totaling 762 minutes. Scored one goal against Grand Canyon (Sept. 4) and recorded four assists, including one in the Summit League Championship game against Kansas City (Nov. 11). Attempted 17 shots, with seven on goal. Summit League Champions.

2023 SEASON (University of Nebraska-Omaha)
Played in 15 matches, making 14 starts. Logged 1,145 minutes. Finished with two shots on goal. Part of a team that competed in the Summit League.

2022 SEASON (Iowa Western)
Played in 19 matches, making five starts. Scored three goals and two assists for eight points. Attempted nine shots with six on goal. Recorded three game-winning goals. Region 11 Champion and NJCAA National Champion

2021 SEASON (Iowa Western)
Played in 21 matches, making 10 starts. Scored six goals and recorded three assists for 15 points. Attempted five shots, landing four on goal. Scored one game-winning goal. Region 11 Second Team.

CLUB TEAM
Nebraska FC (2016–2021) and OHA Cheetahs (2008–2021). Achievements include Nebraska Best XI (2019–2021) and State Cup Champion (2019–2021).

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Omaha South Magnet High School. Played two years of varsity soccer as a midfielder/forward under coach Joe Mass. Earned varsity letters as a freshman and senior and served as team captain his senior year. Recorded six goals and four assists as a freshman and 11 goals with five assists as a senior. Notably scored the fastest goal off a kickoff in nine seconds. Honors include Nebraska Boys Player of the Year (2021), LJS First Team (2021), OWH First Team (2021), All-Class A First Team (2021), and All-Nebraska First Team (2021).

PERSONAL
Emanuel Palga, known as Wawa, was born on December 10, 2002, in Omaha, Nebraska. He is the son of Parsila Ibrahim Wanthi and Peter Egil and has three older brothers: Palga, Billy, and Phillip. Wawa volunteers with The Simple Foundation, a nonprofit organization, and has earned Honor Roll recognition. He chose LMU for its strong athletic program, positive environment, and opportunities to grow both as a player and as a person.
