IN 2020-21 • FRESHMAN… Played in two games in his first season at LMU… Played three minutes and took two shots in LMU’s win over Cal Poly (12/19/20)… Appeared for the final minute of the game against eventual NCAA Tournament Team BYU (2/20/21).
BEFORE LMU… Simpson played his high school basketball at Sierra Canyon… Served as captain as a senior… In 2019, Sierra Canyon won the CIF State Boys Basketball Championships - Open Division tournament… Won three state titles and two CIF championships… Played AAU ball for Compton Magic (2015-19)… Honor Roll and Deans List
