Keli Leaupepe finished his fifth season of college basketball at LMU in 2023-24… Named to the All-WCC Honorable Mention team in 2020-21 as a sophomore and as a senior in 2022-23… Member of the WCC All-Freshman Team in his first season… Named to the WCC All-Academic team in 2022-23 and 2023-24…. Named to the All-WCC Preseason Team in 2023-24.

HIGHLIGHTS AT LMU
2023-24 • FIFTH YEAR Played in 21 games, making 19 starts, before an injury forced an early end to his final season of college basketball… Scored 208 total points and averaged 9.9 points per game… Ranked second on the team and 13th in the West Coast Conference with 5.2 rebounds per game after grabbing 110 boards… Added 25 assists and 13 steals… Shot 42.4 percent from the field and 31.1 percent from three… Scored in double-digits in 12 games including nine of his final 11 of his career… Scored a season-high 20 points on 8-for-13 shooting against Portland (1/25/24)… Grabbed a season-high 12 rebounds in the win over Jackson State (11/14/23), including five on the offensive glass… Went 3-for-4 from three against #16 Colorado State (12/22/23)… Dished out four assists three times, against Jackson State (11/14/23), against Stephen F. 2022-23 • SENIOR One of only two players to start all 31 games… First on the team and eighth in the WCC at 6.8 rebounds per game… Second on the team and 18th in the WCC in scoring at 13.3 points per game… Second on the team and 13th in the WCC playing time at 32.1 minutes per game. Led the team and ranked sixth in the WCC in three-point shooting at 43 percent from long range… Increased stats in points, rebounds, assists, steals, and three-point shooting… Scored a career-high 29 points, including 15 made free throws, in LMU’s win over Morgan State (11/23/22)… Finished with 25 games in double-digits and never scored fewer than seven points in a game… Grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds, with eight coming on the offensive glass, at Santa Clara (2/11/13)… Collected double-digit rebounds five times, with four of those contributing to double-doubles… Made a season-high eight field goals for 17 points to help LMU defeat NCAA Tournament team Grand Canyon (12/7/22)… Hit a season-high five threes against San Francisco (1/7/23)… Recorded three steals in LMU’s win at Pepperdine to help the Lions clinch fourth place in the WCC and clinch a double-bye into the NCAA Tournament… Named to the All-WCC Honorable Mention Team… Named to the WCC All-Academic Team
 
2021-22 • JUNIOR Played and started the first 25 games of the season, before an injury kept him out of the final two regular season games and the WCC Tournament… Averaged 9.2 points per game… Second on the team at 4.8 rebounds per game… Tied for the team lead with 12 blocks… Second on the team with 33 made threes and third on the team with 87 field goals made… Third on the team at 47 percent shooting from the field and 37.5 percent shooting from three… Scored in double figures in 12 games and 20+ points in two games… Scored a career-high 26 points against BYU (2/10/22) on 12-for-17 shooting… Scored his first 20 point game of the season on 7-for-10 shooting and 5-for-7 from three at Nevada… Hi three threes against eventual NCAA Tournament team Chattanooga (11/9/21) to open the season with 17 points.
 
2020-21 • SOPHOMORE Played the first 20 games of the season, before an injury kept him out of the WCC Tournament… Started the final 15 games of his season… Improved his scoring and rebounding numbers to 10.5 ppg and 4.8 rebounds per game in his second season of college basketball… One of three players to average double-digits on the team… Second on LMU with 2.0 offensive rebounds per game… Led the team shooting 80.6 percent from the free throw line… Scored in double-digits in 11 of 20 games… Recorded his first double-double of the season with 14 points and 11 rebounds on the road against eventual NCAA Tournament team UC Santa Barbara (12/7/20)… Scored a season-high 19 points, including a perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line in LMU’s conference-opening win over San Francisco (1/10/21)… Scored 17 points in LMU’s conference win over Pacific (2/13/21)… Added a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds in LMU’s win at Santa Clara (2/16/21)… Scored 17 points to help LMU defeat Pepperdine (2/25/21) in Malibu in the PCH Cup… Leaupepe finished 19th in the league in overall rebounds, including fourth in offensive rebounds with 1.95 per game, and sixth in free throw percentage… Named to the All-WCC Honorable Mention Team.
 
2019-20 • FRESHMAN Played all 32 games, making 14 starts… Second on the team with 9.1 points per game and 291 total points… Third on the team with 3.9 rebounds per game and 125 total rebounds… Led the team with 54.5 percent shooting from the field, 37.9 percent shooting from three and finished third with 86.3 percent shooting from the free throw line… Opened the season with 15 points against Westcliff (11/5/19)… Opened the Junkanoo Jam with back-to-back 10 point games against Air Force (11/21/19) and Indiana State (11/22/19)… Scored 24 points on 9-for-10 shooting and grabbed eight rebounds in the conference win against Portland (1/23/20)… Finished a rebound away from a double-double with 17 points on 7-for-9 shooting and nine rebounds in the PCH Cup against Pepperdine (2/1/20)… Scored 15 points on 6-for-8 shooting against BYU (2/13/20)… Scored a season-high 25 points after going a perfect 2-for-2 from three and 7-for-7 from the free throw line in the win at Portland (2/22/20)… Recorded his first career double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds to open the WCC Tournament and lead LMU to a win over San Diego (3/5/20)… Shot a perfect 20-for-20 from the free throw line in two games at the WCC Tournament… His 13-for-13 performance from the free throw line is the best in LMU’s conference tournament history and the fourth time that the conference has had a player shoot a perfect mark from the line in the tournament… Named to WCC All-Freshman Team.

BEFORE LMU...
Participated in top Australian tournaments, including the Australian National Championships. He won the 2017 U18 Australian State Championships gold medal, his teams were 2017 Australian Schools Champions and 2017 Australian Club Champion, and he took gold at the 2018 U20 Australian State Championships.

Leaupepe has experience playing for the Australian National Team at the 2017 Albert Schweitzer Tournament, and winning gold at the 2017 FIBA U17 Oceania and 2018 FIBA U18 Asian Championship.
 
He represented Australia in the 2018 NBA Asia-Pacific Team Camp, where he made the All-Star Team and was the MVP.
