Briefly: Jevon Porter played one season at LMU in 2024-25 after transferring from Pepperdine.
 
AT LMU
2024-25 - JUNIOR
Played in 31 of 32 games, making 30 starts… Ranked second on the team and 15th in the West Coast Conference with 30.9 minutes per game and 959 total minutes… Finished 21st in the WCC with 12.5 points per game and with 386 points on 39.4 percent shooting from the field and 31.6 percent shooting from three… Led the Lions and ranked seventh in the conference with 7.2 rebounds per game… Grabbed 5.16 defensive rebounds and 2.00 offensive rebounds per game… Led the Lions and ranked sixth in the WCC with 1.13 blocks per game and 35 total blocks… Recorded seven double-doubles to rank seventh in the WCC and 99th in Division I… Scored in double-digits in 21 games, with three games over 20 points… Recorded a dozen rebounds or more in six games… Scored a season-high 29 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and totaled four blocks on his way to MVP honors in LMU’s win over Wyoming (11/27/24) to win the 2024 Cancun Classic… Recorded a 16 and 12 double-double with three blocks in the opening games of the 2024 Cancun Classic to defeat Belmont (11/26/24)… Helped LMU defeat Oregon State (1/2/25) in LMU’s conference home opener with 22 points and 13 rebounds with two blocks and a steal… Named to the All-WCC Honorable Mention Team… Named the WCC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week twice (12/2/24 and 2/3/25).

2023-24 - SOPHOMORE
Played in the final 21 games of the season after missing the first 12 to open the season… Started the final 18 games of the season… Averaged 16.2 points per game, which would have ranked fourth in the West Coast Conference if his minutes qualified… Grabbed 5.9 rebounds per game, which would have ranked in the top-10 of the WCC if his minutes qualified… Led the Waves with 20 blocks, averaging 1.0 blocks per game… Played 31.5 minutes per game.. Shot 42.5 percent from the field and 77.2 percent from the free throw line… Made 28 threes on the season… Scored in double-digits in 17 games, including in each of the final 14 games of the season… Scored over 20 points in seven games including a 28 point and 11 rebound performance in the win over Pacific (3/7/24) to open the WCC Tournament… Recorded a double-double against LMU (1/20/24) with 24 and 12, with nine field goals and seven offensive rebounds… Hit 11 field goals for 26 points in the win over Pacific (1/11/24)… Totaled four blocks in the WCC Tournament game against San Diego (3/8/24).
 
2022-23 - FRESHMAN
Played and started in all 31 contests in his freshman season … Named to All-WCC Freshman Team and was awarded WCC Freshman of the Week three times (12/27, 2/13, 2/27) … Averaged 12.1 points and a team-high 7.2 rebounds in his debut year … Became the only freshman in the WCC to accrue a double-double and ended up recording eight total, good enough for third out of all conference players … Scored a career-high 30 points against BYU (2/9) and a career-high 14 rebounds against George Washington (12/23) … Recorded a team-high five steals at Hawaii (12/22) … Earned the game-winning shot in a double-overtime contest against Portland (2/4).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Father Tolton Catholic High School, located in Columbia, Mo., in 2022 ... Played four years of varsity basketball ... Rated a four-star prospect by ESPN and 247 Sports and ranked #71 nationally, #10 among power forward and #5 in the state of Missouri ... Averaged 23.9 points and 13.2 rebounds as a senior and was named Class 4 All-State and to the Central Missouri All-District first team ... Was the AAA Conference Player of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year ... Helped team finish as state runner-up in 2022 ... Averaged 22.4 points and 11.5 rebounds as a junior and was all-state and the Boone County Player of the Year ... As a sophomore, averaged 12 points and 9.5 rebounds and was the AAA Conference co-Defensive Player of the Year.
