2020 – SOPHOMORE
Appeared in eight games making six starts…batted .167 with two runs, four hits and five RBI…had one multi-hit game on the year…went 2x4 with one RBI at UC Davis on 3/1…went 1x4 with one run and one RBI at San Jose State on 3/7…

2019 - FRESHMAN 
Started in 53 of the 54 games in which he appeared…batted .280 with 51 hits, 18 runs, eight doubles, two triples, 2 home runs and 25 RBI...was in the top-five for the Lions in batting average, slugging percentage, on base percentage, runs, hits, RBI, doubles, triples, home runs and total bases...named to the All-WCC Freshman Team...had 14 multi hit games and four multi RBI games...led the team with an 11-game hitting streak...posted first multi hit game against UC Santa Barbara on 2/17... went 2x3 with one triple and one stolen base at USC on 3/15… had first collegiate HR against San Diego on 4/14...went 2x2 with one RBI while drawing two walks at Pepperdine on 4/28...went 3x4 with one double and one RBI in the Los Angeles Regional of the NCAA Tournament against Baylor on 5/31...

A 2018 graduate of South Hills High School in West Covina, Calif…also attended Bonita High School in La Verne, Calif. From 2014-17…prepped under Darren Murphy…a four-year varsity letter winner…served as a team captain his junior year…led the Palomares league in home runs sophomore year…was a 2018 LA Invite MVP…

Tomas Candelario Delgado was born in La Verne, Calif…son of Alegria and Tomas Delgado…has one sister, Sofia…chose LMU because of the beautiful campus, helpful faculty and the baseball program.
