2025 SEASON (LMU) 
Made 16 pitching appearances, posting a 13.50 ERA in 12.2 innings of work. Struck out 9 batters while allowing 26 hits and 19 earned runs with 10 walks. Pitched a season-high 3.0 innings against UCLA on April 29, allowing 2 hits, 1 earned run, and striking out 1. Recorded a season-high 3 strikeouts against Pacific on April 4 in 1.0 inning of work. Threw 2.0 innings at UC San Diego on April 21, allowing 1 earned run and striking out 2. Pitched 1.0 inning against UC Santa Barbara on April 1, striking out 1 in a scoreless outing. In the field, tallied 1 putout and 1 assist with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.

2024 SEASON (LMU) 
Pitched in 5 games during his freshman season, recording 1.0 inning with 3 hits, 1 run, 1 earned run, 2 walks, and 1 strikeout, posting a 9.00 ERA. Allowed 1 hit, 1 run, and 1 earned run at UC San Diego on February 25. Issued 1 walk against Villanova on March 3. Threw 1 inning with 1 hit and 1 strikeout in a scoreless outing against Dartmouth on March 15. Walked 1 batter against UC Irvine on March 26 and allowed 1 hit at UC Irvine on May 14.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Graduated from Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Played right-handed pitcher and was ranked in the Top 150 Pitchers. Named Perfect Game All-America twice and Baseball Factory All-America. Earned 2x All-Star honors during his senior year, County All-Star, and League All-Star.

PERSONAL 
Tanner is from Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Has one sibling, Brenndan, who played football at the University of Wyoming (2021-2024).
