A 2011 graduate of Long Beach Wilson High School in Long Beach, Calif... three-year varsity letterwinner for Head Coach Andy Hall... served as a team captain as a senior en route to an All-City selection... named All-Area and All-League as a junior and senior... captured All-CIF honors in his final campaign while also being named Team MVP... hit .368 with 18 runs scored, three doubles, two triples, two home runs and 16 RBI as a senior... posted a 2.07 ERA over 27 innings on the hill in his final year... helped the Wilson American Legion to the Area 4 and State Championships the summer after his junior year, batting .438 and posting a 4-0 record on the mound to help his team to the Western Regional Tournament... punched-out a career-best 13 in a complete-game shutout in that tournament...

Sean Thomas Buckle was born March 14, 1993 in Long Beach, Calif... son of Claudia and Larry Buckle... chose LMU because of the great coaching staff, small and beautiful campus, and its high academic standards... chose LMU over USF, Santa Clara and UCSB... a communications major.
