Biography

2026 SEASON (LMU) Incoming freshman for the 2026 season.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Graduated from The Kinkaid School in May 2024 before spending a postgraduate year at Avon Old Farms School, graduating in May 2025. Played first base, outfield, and third base for five years under Head Coaches Steve Maas at The Kinkaid School in the Southwest Preparatory Conference and Rob Dowling at Avon Old Farms School in the Founders League. Earned varsity letters as a freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior. Named All-League/Conference as a sophomore and senior, All-City/All Area as a sophomore, junior, and senior, and All-State as a senior. Led his team in RBIs with 30 in 2022. In 2023, posted a .360 batting average and led the team with a .490 on-base percentage, .551 slugging percentage, and 1.041 OPS. Led his team with a .320 batting average, 1.058 OPS, 3 home runs, and 32 RBIs in 2024. In 2025, posted a .315 batting average and 1.040 OPS while leading the team with 5 home runs and 36 RBIs. Won the Southwest Preparatory Championship in 2022 and was named Southwest Preparatory All South Zone in 2022, Southwest Preparatory All SPC in 2024, VYPE First Team All Private School in 2024, Founders League First Team in 2025, and Avon Old Farms Offensive MVP in 2025. Received the Post 1945 Global Security Book Award for World History in 2025. Played club baseball with Marucci Elite Texas-Dunn in 2021, Kyle Chapman White in 2022, Kyle Chapman Blue in 2023, and Marucci Elite Texas-Dunn/Blue Jays Scout Team in 2024. Hit 11 career home runs on the summer ball circuit and posted a career batting average over .300 in summer ball. Named to the All Tournament Team at the Kyle Chapman Blue 17U WWBA South Invitational in 2023, Kyle Chapman Blue 17U WWBA South Championship in 2023, Marucci Elite Texas-Dunn 17U PG National Select Championship in 2024, and Marucci Elite Texas-Dunn 17U WWBA South Championship in 2024. Played in the 2018 Little League World Series as the Southwest Region Representative for Post Oak Little League. Is a member of the Family Giving Circle Greater Houston Community Foundation.

PERSONAL 
Grew up in Houston, Texas and intends to major in Finance/Entrepreneurship. Parents are Tama Brooks Klosek and John Frederick Klosek, who played football at Columbia College in the City of New York (1990-1994). Has two brothers, Jack and Brooks.
