2019 - SOPHOMORE
Appeared in 19 games, starting five with an ERA of 2.22...posted a record of 2-2 while leading the team in saves with 10...his 10 saves were third best in the WCC and 44th nationally...recognized as a member of the All-WCC Second Team and WCC All-Tournament Second Team...selected to the Collegiate National Team Roster...led the team by holding opposing batters to a .154 batting average...was second on the team in strikeouts with 73 while 17 came with batters caught looking...led the team in games finished with 13...had two separate four-game save streaks on the year...picked up first win of the season in a start at Louisiana (6.0 IP, 1 H, 5 K) on 3/10…registered his seventh save of the year (3.0 IP, 1 H, 4 K) against Saint Mary's in the WCC Championship Tournament on 5/24...threw one scoreless and hitless inning to secure the WCC Championship win against Saint Mary's on 5/25...picked up his 10th save of the year in 2.0 hitless innings against #1 UCLA in the Los Angeles Regional on 6/1...
2018 - FRESHMAN
Appeared in 16 games, starting eight with an ERA of 3.15 and a record of 4-4 and one save...Honorable Mention All-WCC and WCC All-Freshman selection...allowed just one run at home (2-0, 0.29 ERA, 31.1 IP, 36 K, 15 H)...struck out 30 hitters over a span of 17.1 innings and allowed just two runs and 14 hits with 36 strikeouts over 20.2 innings out of the bullpen this year (0.87 ERA) – a span of seven appearances...recorded first career save at Gonzaga on 4/27 (3.2 IP, 2 H, ER, 8 K)...first eight appearances were starts...5.0 scoreless innings of relief with 11 K vs. Portland on 4/21...allowed just one hit over 5.0 IP vs. Valparaiso on 3/11 (G2)...quality start in W vs. Pepperdine on 3/25 (6.0 IP, 3 H, 0 R, BB, 3 K, 81 Pitches)...tossed a gem in a ND vs. Oregon on 2/24 (7.0 IP, H, 3 BB, 9 K, 107 Pitches)...made collegiate debut on 2/17 vs. Indiana State (L, 4.0 IP, 7 H, 5 ER, 5 K)...

Nicholas Paul Frasso was born in Torrance, Calif... son of Sandra and Vincent Frasso... father played baseball at El Camino Junior College and Long Beach State... has two brothers, Jake and Luke... chose to attend LMU because it is a great academic school with an excellent baseball program... an economics major.
