PREVIOUS COLLEGES 
Attended El Camino College from 2023-2024, playing pitcher under Head Coach Grant Palmer in the South Coast Conference. Attended Golden West College from 2024-2025, earning a Liberal Arts Associate Degree. Played pitcher under Head Coach Andrew Ramos in the Orange Empire Conference and was named All-League/Conference as a sophomore. Made the Dean's List.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from El Segundo High School in June 2023. Played pitcher for four years under Head Coach Billy Traber in the Pioneer League. Earned varsity letters as a junior and senior. Named All-League/Conference as a senior and received Honors recognition.

PERSONAL 
Luke was born in Santa Monica, California and grew up in Westchester, California. He intends to major in Economics. Parents are Anne Skinner and Erik Elward, who competed on the crew team at the University of California, Berkeley. Has one sister, Kate (19), who currently rows at the University of Washington.
