Graduated from Westchester High School in 2000 with a 3.61 grade point average...a two-sport letterwinner in baseball and football...lettered in baseball final three years at Westchester...was voted team captain his senior season...his final season also earned him all-city honors in Los Angeles, an all-area selection in South Bay and all-league honors in the Western League...all were first-team honors...also earned second team all-league honors his junior season...played all three outfield positions for Ron Kasparian at Westchester...was a two-year letterwinner in football playing for Larry Wein...was team captain senior season.
