2017 - FRESHMAN 
Made 23 appearances during his freshman season... went 3-1 with three saves while finishing with a 3.44 ERA... pitched 36.2 innings while striking out 41 batters... made nine appearances in WCC play, going 1-0 with two saves during 13.2 innings of work... recorded a 0.66 ERA during conference play ... held WCC opponents to a .089 batting average... only allowed one run and four hits against WCC teams... picked up victory at CSUN on 4/25... posted the victory vs San Diego on 4/30 (2.2 IP, 0 H, 3 K)... recorded save at Pepperdine on 4/22 (2.1 IP)... struck out the side in 8th on 4/18 vs. CSUN... 2.0 scoreless IP with two strikeouts at UC Irvine on 3/28... picked up victory at Cal Poly on 3/11, tossing final 3.0 scoreless IP with two strikeouts as LMU W 6-5 in 10... struck out five over 2.2 IP vs. UC Irvine on 3/7... made collegiate debut on 2/19 vs. #19 UCSB (1.0 IP, K)...

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2016 graduate of Ocean View High School in Huntington Beach, Calif... prepped under head coach Tanner Van Mannon... a four-year varsity letter winner... served as team captain his last two years... garnered All-League honors as a sophomore, junior and senior... tossed a no-hitter in high school as part of 18 straight innings pitched without allowing a run...

PERSONAL
Braydon Salzman was born in Mission Viejo, Calif... son of Lisa Ramirez and Lawrence Salzman... has one sister, Tobi, who played softball at Cypress College... chose LMU because he heard it was a fantastic academic school to attend with a good baseball program... is an undeclared liberal arts major.
