2002 Season Notes at LMU...
Earned first colleiate hit against Cal State Northridge (2/5/02)...earned second hit against Arizona State in pinch hitter role...went 4-for-6 with three runs scored and two RBI against USC (3-19-02)...went 2-for-2 as a pinch hitter with an RBI ï was 2-for-4 against SMC (4-5-02)...was hottest hitter in series against USF (5-10/5-12), going .583 from the plate (7-for-12) with three doubles and five RBI...was 3-for-4 with two RBI in 7-5 win over USF (5-11-02)...hit a team second-best .370 on the season in 81 at-bats, going .451 in the WCC.

Graduated from Beverly Hills High School...was a three-sport star, lettering all four years in baseball and soccer and three years in football...as the team captain his senior season of the baseball team, he took home All-Bay League honors...set the school record for triples with eight...was a four-year all-league selection...was selected as the freshman athlete of the year and best offensive player for the baseball team in 1997...repeated the feat in 1998 as a sophomore...was also a four-time second-team all-league selection in soccer...set the school freshman record for goals (8) and assists (11)...was football team captain his senior season...a second-team all-conference selection as a junior and a first-team selection as a senior...started both ways and led the team with 77 receptions as a senior.
