HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year baseball letterwinner at Sprague High School, playing shortstop and second base in the OSAA Central Valley Conference. Three-time First Team All-Conference selection and two-time All-State honoree. Served as a team captain as a junior and senior and hit .412 for his high school career. Selected for the Richardson Oregon All Star Series and ranked the No. 1 infielder in Oregon for the Class of 2025 by PBR. Earned multiple team honors including Sprague Baseball Slugger of the Year in 2025 and Golden Glove Award in 2024. Named the 2025 Salem Sports and Breakfast Club Senior Athlete of the Year.

Two-sport athlete who also competed in basketball. Returned to the sport as a senior and earned All-Conference honorable mention while helping Sprague to a fourth-place finish at the state tournament and a conference championship in 2025. Earlier earned Sprague Freshman Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2022.

Played club baseball with Baum Bat NW from 2022 to 2025. Competed in the Little League World Series with the Pacific Northwest Team in 2019. Played in the West Coast League for the Marion Berries in Summer 2025 and led the team with a .353 batting average.

Born in Salem, Oregon. Son of Michelle Mhoon and John Mhoon. Has two siblings, Ella and Henry. Intends to major in Economics.

WHY LMU?
I chose to play at LMU because it offered the ideal combination of strong academics, a dedicated coaching staff, and a real commitment to player development. Coming from Oregon, the opportunity to play in Southern Californias sunny weather was an added bonus. LMU feels like the right place to grow on and off the field.
