2026 SEASON (LMU) Transfer student joining the Lions for the 2026 season.

2024-25 SEASON (BELLEVUE COLLEGE) 
Attended Bellevue College in 2024-2025. Played under Head Coach Aaron Vaughn in the NWAC. Named All-League/Conference and Team MVP. Posted a 13.6 K/9 ratio and a 1.53 ERA. Made the Dean's List.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Graduated from Enumclaw High School in June 2024. Played pitcher and center field for three years under Head Coach Eric Fiedler in the SPSL 2A. Earned varsity letters as a junior and senior and served as team captain as a senior. Named All-League/Conference, All-City/All Area, and All-State as a senior. Threw a no-hitter with 12 strikeouts in the state semifinals and posted a .22 ERA during his senior year. Named Team MVP, earned All-State and All-Conference honors. Also played football for four years as a receiver and safety under Head Coach Mark Gunderson in the SPSL 2A. Earned varsity letters as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Named All-League/Conference as a senior and was an All-Conference defensive back. Led the team with 7 interceptions. Was a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL 
Alec was born and grew up in Enumclaw, Washington. He intends to major in Communications. Parents are Julie Elizabeth McCaughey and Troy Dean Johnson, and stepfather Corde Adam McCaughey. Has one sister, Kolbi, who was a cheerleader at Eastern Washington University (2021-2025).
