2016 - FRESHMAN
Appeared in 17 games, starting one... hit .143 and managed three runs scored and two RBI... drew six walks while being credited with only 14 at bats to boast a .400 on-base percentage... strung together a run of five straight games reaching base safely from 3/1 -- 3/11... was 2-for-5 when hitting with two out... posted a pair of two-out RBI... drew a walk to reach base for first time in career vs. UC Irvine on 3/1... first career hit came in pinch-hit opportunity at FIU on 3/6 (1-for-1 | 2 R | BB)... pinch-hit RBI-single to tie game in the top of the 8th at UCLA on 4/12...

A 2015 graduate of Agoura High School in Agoura Hills, Calif... prepped under head coach Anthony Chevrier... a three-year varsity letter winner, including serving as team captain in his senior season... Brandon M. Shearer was born August 18, 1997 in Santa Monica, Calif... son of Brenda and Michael Shearer... father played baseball at LMU in 1980... has two brothers, Noah and Spencer... chose LMU because it is a beautiful school with great academics, and for the opportunity to further his baseball career... an entrepreneurship major.
