BRIEFLY... Kelsey Chine played three seasons at LMU... earned a walk-on spot to the roster in the fall of 2009 after transferring from El Camino College. Graduated in May 2012.

IN 2011-12 • Senior... played in five games on the season, scoring five points with two rebounds... added an assist... all five points, including a three-pointer came in win over La Sierra... he played a career-best 12 minutes in that game...
IN 2010-11 • Junior... played in four games on the season, playing five minutes... he hit a free throw against Seattle... also had a rebound in that game...
IN 2009-10 • Sophomore... Played in nine games on the season, averaging 3.6 minutes... scored 11 points... Played first game of career against North Dakota, hit a three-pointer on only attempt... played 11 minutes against AAU, scoring five points with a rebound and a steal... played one minute against CSUB, earning a block... played nine minutes with three points, a rebound and a steal against Portland... played two minutes with a rebound against Gonzaga...
PRIOR TO LMU... He graduated from Westchester High School in 2008 with a 3.6 GPA and went to El Camino College for one year (2008-09). He played all four years at Westchester, playing off the bench and earning a varsity letter his final two seasons. He averaged eight points per game and six rebounds as a senior. At El Camino for one season, he started the entire season for coach Paul Landreaux, averaging 12 points, three assists, a block and a steal.
PERSONAL... Kelsey C. Chine was born in Inglewood, Calif., and is the son of Pat Chine... he has a brother, Shandal, and a sister, Ashley... he is a Business Administration major.
