LOS ANGELES – Following two seasons of college basketball at Xavier and Valparaiso, All Wright has signed to play for LMU in 2026-27.
The former Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Year averaged 15.5 points per game, 2.4 assists per game, and 2.2 rebounds per game in nearly 30 minutes of action as a true freshman at Valpo. His 526 points rank fourth in MVC history for points by a freshman and the most since Creighton's Doug McDermott in 2010-11. Wright broke the Valpo freshman season scoring record that had stood for over a quarter of a century and scored 20 points or more 10 times in the final 13 games of the season.
Following his breakout freshman campaign, Wright played at Xavier in 2025-26. As a sophomore, Wright finished sixth on the team in scoring at 7.5 ppg in just over 22 minutes of action per game, while improving his shooting percentage at all three levels to 46.2 percent from the field, 42.2 percent from three, and 84.1 percent from the free throw line. Wright scored in double-digits nine times in his 33 appearances as a Musketeer.
Wright also has international experience playing for his home country of Mexico. While playing for the Mexico Senior National Team at the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Americas Pre-Qualifiers, Wright averaged 8.7 points per game across three contests on 61.1 percent shooting.
Wright is the fourth transfer to sign with the Lions this month, joining Zion Sensley, Mazi Mosley, and Andy Sigiscar.
