FRESNO, Calif. - Following the conclusion of the 2026 Golden Coast Conference Tournament, the conference has named LMU's
Anna Tarantino Tournament MVP. Additionally, Tarantino, along with
Cila David and
Madison Searle, have been named to the GCC's All-Tournament Team.
In two games, Tarantino shared team-high numbers with seven points after scoring three goals and adding four assists. Tarantino recorded three steals and a field block on her way to her second consecutive tournament title.
David tied for the most goals on the team with four and led the Lions with a .667 shot percentage. David recorded three steals with two field blocks.
Searle led the entire tournament with a 6.00 goals against average, a .667 save percentage, and 12.0 saves per game.
The Lions led all teams with three All-Tournament performers.

- Hailey Andress, Fresno State (ATT, SR)
- Cila David, LMU (ATT, GR)
- Laia Marsinach Ortega, Pacific (ATT, JR)
- Katelyn Mobley, Fresno State (GK, FR)
- Emmie Ramirez, CBU (ATT, SO)
- Madison Searle, LMU (GK, FR)
- Claudia Valdes, San Diego State (ATT, SR)
WIth the title, LMU also claimed the GCC's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament. The NCAA Selection Show will stream on NCAA.com at 5:00 PM on Monday afternoon. This year's NCAA Tournament will be played in San Diego from April 22-26.
