It was a tough outing for usual stalwart Jenna Perez as she allowed four runs in 3.1 innings of work. Alessandra Sampiero and
Savannah Hooks finished out the game. Â

Adele Braun launched a two-run pinch-hit homer to provide the offensive spark for the Lions. It was her second homerun this season.Â

The game finished in the sixth inning due to an eight-run rule.Â

The Lions immediately turned around and played the Ducks in a rematch from yesterday's 4-0 victory. The Lions would not have the same success in the rematch. Â

Lindsay O'Dell got the start in the circle and did not finish the second inning. She allowed a pair of runs and struck out two. Jessica Hubbard took over and allowed five earned runs.Â

The Lions did get seven hits in the Oregon matchup.
Arianna Jaurequi led the way with a pair of singles. She is leading the team with a .316 average. Â

The Lions have one more game in the Campbell/Cartier Classic against San Diego State. They look to avenge the loss to the Aztecs on Friday at 12:30 p.m. (PT) on Sunday.Â
