LOS ANGELES- The Loyola Marymount University softball team (22-12) are on the road to Fresno, Calif. to face the Fresno State Bulldogs in.a non-conference rematch, on Wednesday, Mar.30, as they look to pick up another victory before the start of West Coast Conference play.

The Lions are coming off a combined no-hitter performance over the Cal Baptist Lancers, as they picked up their 22^nd victory on the season winning, 2-0.
 
The Lions sparked an 11-game win streak, which included a 4-0 upset over No. 23 ranked Arizona State at the Judi Garman Classic in Fullerton, Calif., prior to losing to the South Dakota State Jackrabbits in a double header.
 
LMU is having a phenomenal season as the team has combined for a .303 avg, with 270 hits, 184 runs scored, and 160 RBIs batted in. Jenna Perez has also been amongst the national rankings on the pitching end, with 133 total strikeouts this season and 10 total wins.
 
The Fresno State Bulldogs, an 6-24 team, defeated the Lions in their last meeting at the Judi Garman Classic on Mar. 5, 6-1.

The rematch will be held Wednesday, Mar. 30, with the first pitch set for 6:00 p.m. PST.
