LOS ANGELES – LMU men's basketball gets to close out the regular season at home this weekend. The Lions host Pacific in the final game before both teams will head to the West Coast Conference Championships in Las Vegas. The game will air on several regional sports networks Saturday at 4:30 PM with a special recognition scheduled for beforehand to recognize the LMU senior class.
The Lions will honor
Eli Scott,
Joe Quintana,
Ivan Alipiev, and
Quentin Jackson, Jr. in a pregame ceremony ahead of the rematch with Pacific. LMU played a tight contest in Stockton less than a week ago that ended up being decided by a single point. The back-and-forth contest featured nine tie scores and 14 lead changes.
The two programs also may end up playing one another for a third time in less than three weeks as the opening round of the WCC Tournament may end up seeding the two teams against each other. Saturday marks the final day of league play for all 10 WCC schools.
The game will stream on the Bally SoCal, Bally San Diego, NBC Sports Bay Area, ROOT Sports NW, and WCC Network (out of those areas). In addition to the television and web feeds, KXLU 88.9 will broadcast the audio of the game on radio.
