STANFORD, Calif. – The LMU women's soccer team (0-8) dropped a contest at Stanford on Sunday afternoon, 3-0, against the 11^th-ranked Cardinal (5-2).
 
Stanford scored in the 23^rd minute, 45^th minute, and 85^th minute to take the match.

Kendyll Humphreys recorded all eight of the game's saves, with five coming in the second half. The Cardinal tested the LMU defense, totaling 26 shots and seven corner kicks.
 
The Lions will remain on the road for one more game, facing Cal State Fullerton next Friday night.
