LOS ANGELES – The LMU women's soccer team will host Portland on Saturday night, instead of traveling north. The schedule change will bring the Pilots (1-0-0, 0-0-0 WCC) to Sullivan Field to play the Lions (0-0-1, 0-0-0 WCC).
 
The Lions are coming off a season-opening draw, finding the back of the net in the second half. In Portland's opening game, the Pilots went down 3-1 to in-state opponent Oregon State before completing a second-half comeback to win 4-3.
 
The two teams are 2-2-1 over the last five years. LMU scored a late goal on a penalty kick last season to force overtime and earn a tie.
