2022 Beach Volleyball Schedule

LOS ANGELES – After finishing third in the country last season, LMU beach volleyball returns for the 2022 season with a loaded schedule.
 
"We knew we'd have a really good team this year so when creating the schedule we made sure to include most of the best teams in the country," said Head Coach John Mayer. "Our goal is to make it back to the NCAA Tournament in Gulf Shores and to win a National Championship and the strength of this schedule will give us opportunities to attempt to meet those lofty goals."
 
The Lions will play six of the other seven teams that were selected for the 2021 Beach Volleyball Championships, with games against UCLA, USC, Florida State, LSU, Cal Poly, and TCU on the schedule this spring.
 
The season will open with a home match on Feb. 25 against CSUN and Cal.
 
The West Coast Conference Championships return to the Ocean Park courts in Santa Monica on Apr. 29-30, 2021. LMU swept the conference tournament last spring before earning a bid to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history. The National Championships will once again be held in Gulf Shores, Ala., with the eight selected teams competing from May 6-8.
