CORVALLIS, Ore. – LMU women's basketball (0-2) faced a tough Oregon State team on Friday night. The Lions lost to the #14 Beavers, 82-52.
Oregon State built up a 10-point lead in the first quarter, before LMU closed out the final 2:04 on a 7-0 run.

Khari Clark scored the last four points of the quarter to make it an 18-15 game.
The Beavers outscored the Lions by 11 in the second quarter and 15 in the third quarter to expand their lead, before ultimately closing out the game ahead by 30.
Ari Johnson led the Lions with six field goals and joined Clark with a team-high 12 points scored. Clark added eight rebounds in her 21 minutes.
The Beavers benefitted from 53 percent shooting from the field, even though LMU held the edge from three, 31 percent compared to 29 percent.
LMU will play their final road game of the month next Friday, at Utah State.
