LOS ANGELES – The Loyola Marymount women's volleyball team (6-6) will open up conference play this Thursday against Santa Clara in its home opener in Gersten Pavilion.
The Lions will head into their home-opener coming off of a 2-1 weekend, where LMU swept Belmont University 3-0, fell to No. 19 Illinois 3-1 and beat Butler University 3-1.

Bo Culo and freshman
Rose Booth were named to the Butler Bulldog Brawl All-Tournament Team. Culo led the Lions in digs over the weekend with 17, while Booth led the team in kills with 18.
Booth leads the Lions in kills for the season with 176 and has put up 193.5 points for the Lions, while
Savannah Slattery has 151 on the season.
Tess Reid leads the Lions in assists, with 427 on the season.
Last season, the Lions swept Santa Clara, winning their first match on the road 3-0 and the second one at home 3-2. The Broncos are 10-3 on the season. The Lions are 40-35 against the Broncos all-time.
The first serve will be at 7:00 PM on Thursday in Gersten Pavilion. The Lions will be back in action on Saturday to host San Francisco.
