LOS ANGELES – LMU's Morgan Molloy has been name co-GCC Player of the Week, the conference announced Thursday. Molloy shares the honors with fellow senior Annie Eldredge of Santa Clara. This is Molloy's first time receiving this recognition.
 
Molloy led #12 LMU in the team's only game of the weekend, a 12-6 win over #T-17 UC San Diego. Molloy scored a game-high four goals on five shots. Molloy also added a steal and drew an exclusion without committing an exclusion of her own.
 
Tournament play continues this weekend for LMU. The Lions (4-5) open UC Irvine's Barbara Kalbus Invitational against Michigan at 3 p.m. on Friday from the CDM pool.
