LOS ANGELES, Calif., -- The Loyola Marymount softball team had to cancel its home-opener on Thursday against Ole Miss due to rain. 
 
The Lions are still set to participate in the Long Beach/UCLA Tournaments starting Saturday. The team will head down to Long Beach State on Saturday to take on UC Riverside and Boise State and then head to UCLA on Sunday to take on Cal Poly and UCLA.
