LOS ANGELES – November will open with the LMU women's soccer team (4-10-2, 3-3 WCC) traveling to #23 Santa Clara (10-5-2, 4-0-2 WCC) Saturday at 1 p.m. looking to knock off the conference-unbeaten Broncos.
 
SCU posted an undefeated October and are in the midst of an eight-game stretch without a loss. The Broncos lead the WCC in total assists and rank second in total goals and scoring offense.
 
On the other side of the ball, LMU is coming off a conference home win on senior day to even their WCC record. The Lions shutout Saint Mary's last week in LMU's penultimate home game.
 
The two teams played each other tough in 2018 as the Lions hosted the then fourth-ranked Broncos. After Santa Clara scored first, LMU answered with the next two to close out the first half. SCU scored twice in the second half to take the game, 3-2.
