Live Stats | Live Stream | Tickets

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - For the only time in the new 16-game West Coast Conference schedule, Loyola Marymount men's basketball has two conference away games in a week.

The Lions cover much of the Golden State by heading to San Diego from Los Angeles for Thursday night's game against USD, before flying to Stockton to take on Pacific on Saturday night. Both games will stream live on TheW.tv. Thursday night's game tips at 7 p.m. and Saturday will begin at 6 p.m. against the Tigers.

LMU is looking for their first road win of conference play this week, after starting the season winning five of their first six games away from Gersten Pavilion. The Lions and Toreros each are a different team at home, posting identical 9-1 records in their home venues compared to each team winning just three games apiece on opponent's sites.

San Diego has traded results in their first five conference games this season, leading to a 2-3 record.

LMU is coming off a strong all-around win over Pepperdine which featured five Lions in double-figures and two double-double performances. Both Mattias Markusson (10 points and 11 rebounds vs. Pepperdine) and James Batemon (10 points and 10 assists vs. Pepperdine) have now recorded multiple double-doubles this season.

Eli Scott has made his impact since the start of WCC play. The sophomore leads the Lions in conference games with 14.2 points per game and 1.0 block per game and is less than a full rebound off the team lead in that category at 6.2. He is shooting 57.1 percent (28-for-49) from the field and a perfect 3-for-3 from three in those games.
