Junior infielder Niko Decolati was selected in the sixth round of the 2018 Major League Baseball Draft on Tuesday, nabbed by the Colorado Rockies with the 186th overall pick.
Decolati, an honorable mention WCC All-Academic selection, managed 16 multi-hit games and led the team in home runs (6) and runs scored (38), was second in doubles (12), triples (3) and total bases (92), and third in slugging percentage (.444) and steals (8). Overall this year, he batted .271 while starting 54 of LMU's 55 games.
