LOS ANGELES – With just three games remaining in the 2018 women's soccer season, Loyola Marymount is set for their final road weekend of the season. The Lions (3-10-4, 1-4-1 WCC) travel to Portland to face the Pilots on Friday at 7 p.m., then conclude the weekend in Spokane to face Gonzaga at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

After starting 3-1 in conference, Portland (10-7, 3-3 WCC) has dropped their last two contests by a combined score of 7-1. In last year's meeting, LMU scored in the 76thminute to tie the game and force overtime, before Gonzaga ultimately ended the game with a 105thminute goal in overtime. Portland's seven shutouts this year are tied for the conference lead, and offensively are led by the WCC's leading scorer, Taryn Ries, and her 15 goals.

Gonzaga (10-5-2, 3-1-2 WCC) has allowed just 15 goals this season, the fewest in the WCC. The Bulldogs saw their four-game conference unbeaten streak snapped on Sunday to the 7th-ranked Broncos of Santa Clara. The Lions beat Gonzaga at home last season as part of the three-game win streak to close out the year. LMU has beaten the Zags four-straight seasons, by a combined total of 12 goals to three.

Both games will feature live stats, as well as a live stream through TheW.tv. Links are posted above.

One home match remains at Sullivan Field upon the return. LMU hosts BYU in a Saturday night showdown on Nov. 3 at 6 p.m. The evening will begin with the recognition of the Lion senior class prior to their final game.
