Rochester, NY - Former LMU men's soccer center back, Ryan Felix '14, has signed a professional contract to be a center back for the Rochester Rhinos, a professional team in the USL.

Feix, was a two time WCC All-Academic First Team and earned All- WCC Honorable mention his Junior year. In 2013, he was part of the LMU squad won the WCC Title and went on to the NCAA tournament. That year he was one of four players to appear in all 20 matches during the season.

"Congratulations to Ryan for signing with this prestigious club," said LMU head coach Paul Krumpe. "We wish him all the best. He was a key member of our program for his time here at LMU and it is great to see him continuing to excel at the professional level."

Felix spent the last two season with the Orange County Blues/Orange County SC, where he helped the team to a first-place finish in the Western Conference.
