THE MATCH-UP

As often is the case with the week of Thanksgiving, travel plans have been made. The Lions depart for a Wednesday night game in San Antonio, Texas against Incarnate Word before closing the week in Idaho for a matchup with Boise State on Saturday. The two opponents are a combined 7-1 this season and perfect on their home courts.

THANKFUL FOR THE BENCH

Scoring has come from every direction in the early goings of this season. LMU had 10 different scorers on Sunday, with nine coming before halftime. The Lions held a 54-12 advantage in bench scoring in the win. In each game this season, LMU has had a different set of four double-figure scorers in each game this season.

HOME-COOKING

The Lions went 2-0 last week at Gersten Pavilion, topping UC Riverside by a dozen, 76-64, and coming back from 13 points down to beat McNeese State in overtime, 92-86.

LMU has a 67-34 advantage in second chance points this season, adding at lead nine more than each opponent through the team's first three games.

Freshman Eli Scott is coming off his first-career double-double after collecting 14 points and 11 rebounds in the win over McNeese.
