LOS ANGELES - The LMU men's basketball home games against UConn and Saint Mary's will air on the ESPN family of networks, as the West Coast Conference announced the ESPN slate of games for the upcoming basketball season.

The Lions will host UConn on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 7 pm. The game will air on ESPN 3 and it will be part of an opening week of basketball for the Lions. It starts with the season opener on Nov. 11 followed by the women's basketball team taking on Saint Louis on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 2 pm. Look for special promotions and pregame celebrations for the week.

The other game will be the Lions WCC opener at Gersten Pavilion against Saint Mary's. Tip-off is set for 8pm as the Lions will close the 2016 calendar year with a pair of WCC heavy weights. The Lions will host BYU on Saturday, Dec. 31. Look for a special End of the Year Ticket Package featuring both match-ups.

Season tickets for the 2016-17 including special promotional packages will go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 28. The Lions will play an exhibition against Sonoma State on Friday, Nov. 4 at 7 pm.
