Competing at the 43rd annual San Diego Crew Classic, LMU women's rowing took third in the Grand Final with a time of 7:22.642. The Lions qualified for the race with a time of 6:59.845 (second place) in Heat A of the Cal Cup.

The LMU men also qualified for a Grand Final, placing sixth in the Varsity ASH Cal Cup race with a mark of 6:39.953. LMU's boat qualified for the race by way of a second-place finish (6:19.482) in Heat C on Saturday.

LMU also raced a 2V on the women's side, placing fourth in the Third Final with a time of 7:28.035.

Finally, LMU's Varsity 4+ finished a Heat A race with a time of 8:34.541, taking fifth overall.

LMU will return to action on April 16 when the men host UCLA and the women compete at the Lake Natoma Invitational.
