LOS ANGELES - It will be a big stretch of four days at LMU, as women's soccer, volleyball, men's soccer and men's water polo will host key match-ups within their respective conference. The highlight will be a national television showdown amongst the West Coast Conference leaders as LMU women's soccer will host fifth-ranked BYU on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 8 pm. #W2W4: WOMEN'S SOCCER
LMU women's soccer started play within the West Coast Conference with its first-ever sweep of the Pacific Northwest and will return home for a key home series, starting with the GAME OF THE WEEK on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 8 pm. The match-up under the lights can be seen live on ESPNU and online through
ESPN3.
Thursday, Oct. 6 LMU vs. #3 BYU Sullivan Field - 8 pm
Live on ESPNU • Pregame Celebration at 7 pm • Rally Towel Giveaway
The game will begin with a Greek Life pregame celebration on the Burns Recreation Center parking lot. There will be a Jersey Rally Towel giveaway for the first 500 students. Also look for special #LIONSTRONG giveaways.
The Lions will then host San Diego on Saturday at 7 pm to complete the homestand. Local youth teams can get discounted tickets for this WCC showdown and the Lions will recognized veterans as part of the Wounded Warrior Project.

LMU men's soccer will begin play in the West Coast Conference on Sunday, Oct. 9, taking on rival San Diego at 1 pm. The game is the WCC REPRESENT game and the Sunday Greek Life Game. Students arriving early can get free WCC REPRESENT t-shirts and local clubs can get discounted tickets.

LMU volleyball returns home for a pair of games at Gersten Pavilion, taking on the Pacific Northwest over the weekend. They will open with Portland on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 7 pm, and will follow that with Gonzaga on Saturday at noon.
