LOS ANGELES - Coming off of a much needed nearly two-week break from competition, the LMU men's soccer team resumes West Coast Conference play on Friday, Oct. 31, traveling to face Portland at 7 p.m. The two-match road trip concludes on Sunday in Spokane, Wash., against Gonzaga. Kick off is scheduled for noon.
The Lions enter the second week of WCC play with a 7-4-3 overall mark. Their 1-1-0 league mark is a result of a 4-0 shutout of Pacific and a 2-0 setback to Saint Mary's.
LMU leads all WCC teams with 25 goals and 29 assists, while also holding the league's lowest goals against average at 0.81.

Portland is 4-6-3 overall and 0-1-0 in WCC play after dropping a 3-2 decision to San Francisco on Oct. 17.
