LOS ANGELES - Sisters can be best friends, worst enemies, or most likely, a combination of both. Brianne Medved and Maddie Medved have laughed together, fought against each other, supported each other and shared in the same passion - soccer - together for their entire lives.
This fall, the duo bring their vibrant relationship to the pitch at LMU where they are teammates on the women's soccer team. Their three-year difference in class grade has given them few opportunities to play side by side, and they are embracing every moment of this season, the final collegiate year for Brianne and the first for rookie Maddie.
With the West Coast Conference portion of the 2014 slate on tap beginning this week, the LMU Sports Network sat down with the duo to hear about how they got into soccer, some of their most memorable sibling moments, how they found their way to LMU and much more!
